    Dr. Estera Borcsa is a distinguished Neuroscience Expert, International UN Ambassador, International Mediator and Policy Analyst. Dr. Borcsa has dedicated her career to creating and developing neuroscience interventions to help individuals, groups and communities manage stress and learn to be good stewards of their mental health.  

    Dr. Borcsa’s mission in life is to break generational curses of trauma, transform lives, families, communities, and governments. Dr. Borcsa was born in Romania, a beautiful country wailing from the negative impact left by the communist leader Nicolae Ceausescu and communism. Dr. Borcsa witnessed disparity to a monumental level and saw individuals, families and communities broken by systemic trauma coupled with poverty, discrimination, and abuse.  

    Dr. Borcsa earned her doctoral degree with a dissertation focused on global diplomacy. Dr. Borcsa developed a diplomacy training program based in neuroscience for United Nations member states to help diplomats overcome barriers to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Dr. Borcsa’s research on life satisfaction in partnership with the European Union was globally recognized for the importance of its findings on global diplomacy, neuropsychology, and mental health. She earned a master’s degree from University of Southern California (USC) with a concentration in Psychology, Policy, and Law. In addition, she is a Harvard Global Women Empowerment Connect Team Member and founder of a global program being piloted with Harvard Global WE organizations.   

    Dr. Borcsa is a licensed psychotherapist, global ambassador, and adjunct professor at California Baptist University. Estera conducts training for law enforcement, FBI field offices, Orange County courts, universities, and the International Peace Institute. Estera has earned several awards such as: International Distinguished Women Leader, Peace Builder of the Year, Community Hero, and International Impact Leader. 

    Research Interests 

    Dr. Borcsa’s neuroscience research interests encompass a wide range of topics related to brain function, mental health, and well-being. Her expertise and passion for helping clients better understand their own brain functioning. Her research in these areas reflects her dedication to advancing our understanding of the brain, its potential for healing, and its role in fostering mental health. Her work ultimately contributes to the development of innovative strategies for promoting emotional well-being and resilience in individuals and communities.
