Intensive Outpatient Treatment

The Nsight Psychology & Addiction Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (IOP) is designed for individuals who require additional support after they complete residential treatment or for those individuals who may not qualify for admission to a higher level of care.  The primary focus of our IOP program is to allow clients to reintegrate back into their daily routine, while providing them with the structure and support necessary to maintain recovery.  While clients receive daily individual and group psychotherapy sessions, they have ample time to obtain employment, attend school, participate in community support meetings, establish a healthy support system, and practice good self-care.  The Nsight IOP program provides clients with the necessary support to deal with the stressors they will experience when they return home after treatment.  The goal is for clients to establish a healthy routine and support system while in treatment so that the only change they make when leaving treatment is their geographical location – everything else remains the same.

While the transition from residential treatment to IOP is a step down in treatment intensity, we never step down the quality of a client’s clinical care.  Our IOP program is staffed by a team of psychiatrists as well as doctorate and master’s level licensed mental health professionals.  These licensed mental health professionals use leading evidence-based practices such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients gain insight and awareness into their thoughts and feelings so that they can make positive changes in their behaviors.
