Case Management and Support for Young Adults and Adults
Nsight Mental Health and Wellness was founded by current CEO Mary Helen Beatificato (Founders Message link) who is an attorney and practiced until opening Nsight in 2023. Her care for families in with legal issues created by mental health untreated issues, led her to start our Mental Health Legal Diversion Program. Run by Dr. Stephanie Herring, PhD, our programs works in concert with judges, District Attorneys, law enforcement, and private attorneys to aid the diversion of appropriate clients for certain charges. Clients, most frequently young adults, participate in our program with clear expectations established by the courts and our teams to help them avoid jail and actually get the help they need, instead of experiencing inappropriate trauma from the criminal justice system.
We provide Legal Case management to clients in this program, monitoring and reporting to the courts while our medical and clinical teams provide the tailored mental health treatment needed to help each client hopefully have a future away from the legal system and experience better mental health and wellness.

State-Licensed Residential Mental Health and Crisis Stabilization Facility
- Dually-accredited by The Joint Commission and The Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities
- Clean, comfortable residential facilities
- Full-time, dedicated care team of MD psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, licensed therapists, and case managers
- 24/7 monitored and secure facility with 24-hour onsite awake staff
- Medication management, compliance, and monitoring

- Bipolar Disorder

State-Licensed Outpatient Programs
- Transitional housing available for all levels of care, as prescribed
- Outpatient services available 5 days/week
- All day, morning, or evening programming
- Dually-accredited by The Joint Commission and The Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities
- Full-time, dedicated care team of MD psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, licensed therapists, and case managers
- 24/7 monitored facility with 24-hour onsite awake staff at Transitional townhomes
- Medication management, compliance, and monitoring

Brain Health at NSIGHT
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
